Regular price: This is the price at which you can buy a battery from our store at Celovška c. 134, 1000 Ljubljana. The regular price includes free expert installation of the battery, regardless of the payment method.
If you don’t need or want the free installation, you can choose between other benefits:
5% off the regular price for payment with cash.
5% off the regular price when you bring in an old battery in size similar to one you are buying.
5% off the regular price when you register as a buyer with our store – we will use your contact information only for record-keeping and to inform you about special offers.
More than one discount can be applied to a single purchase.
Online price: The price you pay for purchases online or when you buy at our store with cash, bring your old battery or register as a customer.
Discount price: The price for products in our sale – these are valid no matter where or how you purchase. Discount prices are valid for a limited time only and while stocks last.
HELLO BATTERY – Home installation service: The battery is purchased at the regular price and installation costs: (from 25,00 EUR onwards or by agreement / depending on vehicle, location, term).
Online sales terms and conditions
General and all other terms are defined by Top Start d.o.o. (the provider) that sells the goods.
REGISTERED USERS
Registered users have their own username (e-mail address) and passwords they can use the website as individuals or business representatives. Passwords are confidential and known only to the user. The user is obliged to provide correct information and to keep any data confidential. One username and one password is to be used by only one person or one representative.
GENERAL TERMS
Buyers must declare at the time of purchase whether they are natural or legal persons . Natural persons may purchase only for themselves, for their own use, outside any business or profitable organisations.
By registering, the buyer accepts the general terms on this website and any other terms, conditions or changes made to terms and conditions on this site.
Any and all mutual obligations from Top Start d.o.o. and the buyer are governed by these terms and conditions and the Consumer Protection Act.
All prices include VAT. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. For individual purchases the prices at the time the order is made are valid unless there is a mistake. Although all information on the website is checked regularly, Top Start d.o.o. shall not be held responsible for possible mistakes in prices or stock. The buyer will be informed about the mistake immediately (via e-mail or phone) and we will try to resolve the issue by mutual agreement.
The contract between the buyer and provider comes into effect the moment the buyer pays the pro forma invoice. The buyer will receive an email with the link to the pro forma invoice and the contract which is held on our server. By logging in, buyers can see all their previous orders. Buyers also receive a receipt with full breakdown of costs, and instructions in the event that they would like to return the goods or withdraw from the contract/purchase.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Top Start d.o.o. reserves the right to cancel any orders that cannot be completed.
WITHDRAWING FROM THE CONTRACT/PURCHASE
All natural persons purchasing online are protected by the Consumer Protection Act and have the right to return the goods within 15 days without stating any reason for such a decision. If the buyer withdraws from the purchase or returns the goods, they are obliged to contact info@top-start.si and return the goods in 30 days from the e-mail contact. Top Start d.o.o. will refund the money to the buyer’s bank account within three days after receiving the returned goods. In the case that the battery has already been used or activated (by pouring electrolytes into the battery) the provider is not obliged to take back the goods and refund the cost.
No matter the reason for the return, the goods must be returned in perfect condition, undamaged and in the quantity as purchased, unless damage or malfunction is the reason for returning the goods and this was not caused by the buyer. The buyer is responsible for bearing the cost of returning the goods
WARRANTY
All products on our site are subject to warranty as regulated by Slovenian legislation. Buyers with warranty claims must provide the purchase receipt and the certificate of warranty . Warranty claims can be filed at any authorised service outlet or at our store.
PAGE INFORMATION
We reserve the right to alter the content, terms, or make any other change on our website and e-commerce. Although we constantly check the correctness of the published materials, mistakes can occur and we accept no liability for them. We try to use the best possible product pictures but they should still be considered for graphic purposes only.

E-commerce directive
Top Start d.o.o. strictly follows all regulations and annexes on e-commerce (ZEPT, Slovenia).
DELIVERY
All orders received by 1.00 p.m. will be delivered the next working day, usually in the morning. All orders sent on Friday after 1.00 p.m. and during the weekend will be shipped on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. Payment can be made on delivery. Delivery costs for orders under €40 are €4, for orders over €40 delivery is free of charge. When sending two or more products with one order the delivery fee will only be charged once. Paying on delivery does not incur any extra costs.
